After working on advertising, brand and product in agencies, and startups for 20+ years and feeling incredibly frustrated I finally realised I didn’t have compromise. I began implementing the right processes, collaborating with the right people, initiating the right conversations, discarding old ways, rediscovering fun, making new friends, putting design back into design, and it is working great.
